Whether it’s a life circumstance or accumulation of normal daily stressors, we could all use some rejuvenation. Using a combination of reiki (soothing and appropriate touch-with permission), movement (yoga), and meditation, this evening will leave you feeling relaxed and restored to a sense of peace and well-being.
**Bring a yoga mat and any other items that will help you get comfortable (pillow, blanket, yoga block…)
