Join Certified Yoga Instructor Dylan Lundgren for an evening of Reiki, movement and guided meditation.
Whether it’s a life circumstance or accumulation of normal daily stressors, we could all use some rejuvenation. Using a combination of reiki (soothing and appropriate touch-with permission), movement (yoga), and meditation, this evening will leave you feeling relaxed and restored to a sense of peace and well-being.
Participants need to bring their own yoga mat and are welcome to bring any other items to make them comfortable (Pillow, blanket, yoga blocks, etc.)
